Test Taking Strategies

  1. After you read the Question, try to formulate your own Answer: then look at the available choices, Choose the choice closest to your own formulated answer
  2. Use an strategic process of elimination. Mark X beside choices that are obviously wrong
  3. When "all of the above" is included in the choices and you find two more correct choices, "All of the above"is more likely the correct answer
  4. When you encounter two choices that completely negate each other, chances are one of them is the correct answer
  5. If you find all choices to be correct, remember that you are looking for the answer. At this time Apply ABC's/safety strategy
  6. Only change your answer when you are absolutely sure of your new answer.
